JACK TODES, CPA CA(SA) - President and CEO
Jack has over 11 years experience in process outsourcing, the last four in the Business Process arena & prior to that in the call center environment. His primary focus has been operations, finance and strategic alliance management. Previously he served in financial positions in the travel and entertainment industries, and as a Principal in a public accounting firm. Jack is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 25 years experience in the world of finance.
RAMANA KANUMALLA - Chief Operating Officer
Ramana has over 20 years of experience in database management, software development and managing outsourcing of business processes. Previously he served in consulting positions in large companies such as The Franklin Mint, Reckitt-Coleman, SEI Investments and PeopleSoft. He holds a MS in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute and he studied Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.
DAVE CLAUTICE - Vice President, Client Services
Dave’s career includes positions in cost accounting, industrial engineering, and information technology. In each area his primary focus was on process improvement. He was President and partner in a Philadelphia provider of custom developed information systems and data processing services. He later joined a top 20 teleservices company where he held senior management IT positions including Vice President. He has held positions in various technology supported service industries since 2000. |
